GETTING STARTED WITH PCW-DESKTOP

PCW-DESKTOP is a menu driven utility that runs under Mallard BASIC.

To get going:

1. Load CP/M Plus

2. Load BASIC.COM  (Mallard BASIC as supplied on PCW master disc set)

3. Insert a copy of library disc and type:

run "desk-dm  <press return or enter key>

4. This will bring up DeskTop's main menu, select the application you want from the menu, and away you go.

5. There are notes on using the program in the following files:

-  MANUAL.ASC    This is recorded in ASCII format
-  MANUAL.LS1    This is recorded in LocoScript 1 format.
-  MANUAL.LS2    This is recorded in LocoScript 2 format.

You will need to read the manual to get the most from the software.

     
