This is where you will actually type-in your data. You may go on directly from here to edit the file, or select this option from the Main Menu later on. [S] SEARCH Load the Keybase Main Menu which provides the facility to search through your file to produce reports or, to move on to the Editor screen. [C] COPY Copy the file-set belonging to the file you have currently selected to any drive. Press [C] then the letter of the destination drive. Make very sure that you have a formatted disc in the destination drive. Duplicate files on the destination disc will be overwritten. Press any key to abandon copying. [I] INSPECT Get the first record from the file (if any), show current record count and the number of times the file has been opened. [D] DELETE Delete the currently logged-onto file-set. This option will delete the DAT, KEY and ACC files but will retain the DEF file which contains the file definition details. You may use the DEF file to 'clone' an identical file. Press [D],[Y],[Y] to erase or [D],[Y],[D] to erase the DEF file also. [A] AMEND Amend the field titles and the currently set password. Use the cursor keys to select a field title or move up to amend the password. Use the delete keys etc to edit, the [CUT] key to remove. When you have finished, press [EXIT] to write to the disc or [CAN] to cancel and abandon the changes. [R] RENAME Rename a file-set. Erases ancillary files to old and new filename.
